Hi, my name is Tate and I’m the person behind Her Helpdesk a friendly, down-to-earth IT support service created to make technology feel simpler, calmer, and more approachable.
With a strong background in IT support, I’ve spent over 25+ years helping people solve everyday tech problems, from device setups and troubleshooting to improving digital confidence at home and in business. I believe technology should work for you. My approach is always patient, practical, and jargon-free.
Her Helpdesk was created from a simple idea: that IT support can be both professional and genuinely supportive. Many people feel unsure asking for help with technology, and I wanted to create a space where questions are welcomed, explained clearly, and solved without judgement.
